Every instrument graded.
Every instrument guaranteed.
When you buy used test equipment, the hard part is knowing what you will actually receive. So we grade every instrument the same way, tell you the grade up front, and stand behind it with a 100% Return Guarantee. If an instrument is not what we said it is, you send it back and we make it right.
Our grades
You will see one grade on every listing, in the description.
New, unopened, calibrated.
New, opened, calibrated.
Used, calibrated.

How we decide a grade
- We check the calibration. A calibration sticker alone counts as calibrated, even when we do not have the paperwork, because the sticker is sufficient proof. Most stickers carry a barcode that leads to the paperwork.
- For Grades 2 and 3, the calibration date is within the last 12 months, and we show it on the listing.
- If there is no calibration, or the calibration is not current, the instrument is Grade 4, not Grade 3.
Our 100% Return Guarantee
30 days from delivery.
If an instrument is not as we described it, you can send it back and we will refund the price of the instrument. You have 30 days from delivery.
- If we made the mistake, for example, the wrong item or an item not as described, we pay the return shipping.
- The instrument must come back with the same model and serial number that we shipped.
- It must come back in the condition it arrived in.
- If you return an item that is not the model and serial number we shipped, we cannot honor the return.
